Mai aur Mrs. Khanna – Movie Review

I don’t know why Sohail Khan made this movie. I don’t know in which genre you will keep this movie. This is not drama, not action, not thriller, not a comedy.. than what it is. Even god doesn’t know, only sohail khan knows.

This movie is about a happily married couple Sameer and Raina (Salman and Kareena), who faces some financial crisis. To save his family Salman decided to leave Singapore to get new job and asked his wife to move delhi to his parents. Kareena who played role of Sameer’s wife didn’t move to delhi and continued in Melbourne with help of some friends. Akash (Sohail Khan) enters in the scene and fell in love with Raina, but raina took him as friend only. Finally salman settled financial issues, come back and fly back with Kareena. That’s it. No Drama, No emotions nothing. I believe they wanted to show emotions and drama only.

There is nothing interesting in story. Few scenes with sohail khan are light and funny; rest whole movie is big bore. First half is extremely slow.

Movie director is Prem Soni, who directed Sathiya and Chalte Chalte. Like his previous record he ruined this movie also with a big starcast. Bappi lahiri, Deepika Padukone and Preity Zinta are in guest appearance in the movie.

Better you watch another worst movie Blue twice than going for Mrs. Khanna. Like to mention we were only 8 people in entire theatre.

  1. Hello.

I would like to put a link to your site on my blog roll if you want to do the same for mine. It would be a good way to build up both of our readerships.

    thank you.

  2. You know, I have to tell you, I really enjoy this blog and the insight from everyone who participates. I find it to be refreshing and very informative. I wish there were more blogs like it. Anyway, I felt it was about time I posted, I?ve spent most of my time here just lurking and reading, but today for some reason I just felt compelled to say this.

  3. Nice debut chum. From behind the lense you are now coming sideways as critic. would have been happier had written this piece in Hindi and posted it here. Then your expressions would have been better. Nonetheless, be regular with your posting. Not just on movie but on other issues too.

    Kind wishes
    Raghunath
